SYLLABUS
The course consists of 15 essential Ayurvedic concepts, including:
- Introduction to Ayurveda – Understanding the origins, philosophy, and significance of Ayurveda.
- Concept of Dosha, Dathu & Mala – Learning about bodily humors (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), tissues, and waste management in Ayurveda.
- Panchakarma – Introduction to the five detoxification therapies for body cleansing and rejuvenation.
- Dinacharya & Rutucharya – Daily and seasonal regimens to maintain health and prevent diseases.
- Ahara & Annapan Vidhi – Ayurvedic dietary principles and food consumption guidelines.
- Viruddha Ahar & Upastamba – Understanding incompatible food combinations and lifestyle habits that can cause health issues.
- Importance of Herbal Medicine – Overview of Ayurvedic herbs and their healing properties.
- Basic Ayurvedic Diagnosis Methods – Pulse diagnosis, tongue reading, and body constitution analysis.
- Ayurvedic Approach to Mental Well-being – Balancing mind and body through Ayurveda.
- Lifestyle and Yoga Integration – The role of yoga and Ayurveda in holistic health.
Sessions will include theoretical knowledge, discussions, and practical applications of Ayurvedic principles.
